Hart discusses Stokowski's reluctance to be the subject of a chapter in Hart's book Orpheus in the New World and Stokowski's years with Arthur Judson and the Philadelphia Orchestra, citing information Hart obtained from Judson. Hart tells an anecdote about Stokowski running into Fritz and Carla Reiner on their honeymoon in Europe and discusses Stokowski's last years in Philadelphia, and the possibility that Reiner might succeed Stokowski. He also mentions Eugene Ormandy, Pierre Monteux, Mary Louise Curtis Bok, the Curtis Institute, Samuel Rosenbaum, and others.
